ONE LOCKSMITH. ONE POINT OF CONTACT.
Your locksmith,
from the first call to installation.
I'm Romain Rosa, a local locksmith in Annecy. Whether you have a jammed door, a lock to replace or a security project in mind, I will help you choose a solution suited to your entrance and the way you use it.
We discuss your situation before I visit. On site, I check the mechanism and the condition of the door, then explain the options and quotation. You know what is planned and why.

ASSESS
Repair whenever possible.
A door that has simply shut, a broken key and a worn lock each need a different approach. Where possible, I favour non-destructive opening or repair to preserve your existing hardware.
If a replacement is needed, the choice of cylinder takes account of your door, drill resistance and key management. The aim is to restore reliable access without replacing parts that still work.
PROTECT
Security tailored to your needs.
The strength of an entrance depends on the whole system: lock, cylinder, handle, door and frame. I check these elements to recommend a coherent upgrade, from replacing a lock to installing a security door.
For a home, shop or office, we can also consider a safe or access control system. A visit allows us to take measurements, understand how you use the premises and prepare a suitable quotation.
