FOR A KEY COPY
Let's start with
identifying your model.
Please provide us with the brand of the lock or cylinder, the key reference if you have it, and the number of duplicates required. If we installed your equipment, the information on your invoice may help identify the model.
Depending on the system, reproduction can be carried out on site or may require a order. Not all keys can be copied using the same material or within the same timeframe.
Our main activity remains locksmith assistance, repair, and lock installation. Key copying is an additional service: we do not offer systematic reproduction of all brands and profiles.
CONTROLLED KEY REPRODUCTION
The card and references
are part of the verification.
Some keys require a security or ownership card and a dedicated ordering procedure. Prepare the provided card with your cylinder when one is available: we will advise you on the required elements for the relevant system.
If the card has been lost, contact us before visiting. The options and documentation required depend on the manufacturer and model; we do not guarantee reproduction without verification.
A worn, bent, or damaged key also warrants a check. Simply reproducing its shape does not always restore proper function. In some cases, a size reference must be sought or the cylinder examined.

Do you need all key copies?
No. We handle certain references, particularly those of locks we install, as well as some other models after verification. A call avoids unnecessary travel.
Can I leave immediately with a duplicate?
It depends on the reference, the required materials, and availability. We confirm the lead time after identification; some keys require ordering.
I’ve lost all my keys: can we make a duplicate?
We need to check the system and available references. A card may enable an order in some cases. If access security is at stake or if replication is not possible, we can consider cylinder replacement.
