CHOOSE THE USEFUL FUNCTIONS
Three devices, three roles.
Nuki · use the door
App, motorisation and code or fingerprint access with the Keypad 2 as an add-on. Network functions depend on the model.
AirKey · assign access
Manage permissions and schedules for smartphones or compatible devices. Useful when multiple users or multiple doors are involved.
EMZY · automate closing
The cylinder motor and controls are configured during installation. Additional interfaces can connect the locking system to access control.
SHARING OF ACCESS
The correct authorisation,
at the right time.
You can create temporary access, for example for a tenant or a technician who needs to visit your property. The duration and time slots are defined within the selected system.
With Nuki, the app manages access permissions; a compatible keypad allows access via code. The Nuki 2 keypad also supports fingerprint authentication. It is important not to confuse the number of codes with the number of available fingerprints.
AirKey provides digital keys and access devices for users. The creation and modification of user rights use EVVA KeyCredits: this functionality should be considered when selecting the solution.
EMZY executes the locking or unlocking command. User permissions are managed by the access control system to which it is linked, according to the installation.

A setting that follows your routine.
The Nuki Auto Unlock can make returning home easier. Its operation combines geolocation and Bluetooth; it depends on phone permissions and settings. We show you how to enable or disable it.
EMZY automates locking and unlocking according to the selected configuration. Door contacts and controls are verified during setup.
Smart-home integration must be checked for each model. Compatibility with Zigbee, Z-Wave or Matter is not universal: the protocol, gateway and supported automations depend on your installation.
ACTIVITY TRACKING
Understanding what the log shows.
Depending on the system and settings, a log allows you to view operations or authorisations used. This helps manage access and understand an event.
This journal does not constitute a complete record of the people present. An authorisation used, a door left open, and a real passage are different pieces of information; sensors and manual controls influence what is observable.
The locked status does not always confirm that the door is closed. We specify the required sensors and the limitations of the notifications.

Can the door be opened from the internet?
With a compatible and connected Nuki configuration, this command is possible. AirKey is first used to manage authorisations. For EMZY, a remote command requires an appropriate integration. We verify the exact function before including it in the quotation.
What if the Wi-Fi stops working?
The local access methods provided by the manufacturer may remain usable, depending on the product and already transmitted rights. However, online services and remote commands may become unavailable. We test with you the fallback solutions.
