THE SMART LOCK GUIDE
AT HOME
Make it easier for family members to enter.
One of the main advantages of smart locks is the ability to grant temporary access to your home without having to issue duplicate keys. You can therefore temporarily authorise a relative or a technician.
Nuki can meet this need with the app and, as an additional feature, a keypad. The access method is selected to be simple and easy to use for everyone, including those without a phone.
We also anticipate less common situations: a low smartphone battery, no network connectivity, or a lock requiring adjustment. Daily convenience depends on a well-prepared installation.
LOCATION SEASONAL
Enabling autonomous check-ins.
Limited access during the stay avoids the need to personally hand over keys each time. This reduces scheduling constraints and simplifies check-in and check-out procedures.
A Nuki solution with keypad allows providing a code to guests. AirKey can work for digital key management, provided the use of the phone or the designated device is clearly explained.
Connections to a booking platform are not automatic with all equipment. We verify the selected integration, any associated costs, and how it functions in the event of an unexpected arrival.
For housekeeping or maintenance, a separate access point allows setting aside suitable times without sharing the guests' access schedule.

Enterprises and co-working spaces need to manage access changes: a new employee joining, a third-party service visit, an employee leaving, or a door being added.
EVVA AirKey enables structured access permissions for smartphones, badges, or compatible cards. Each user receives access rights tailored to their role.
Access management must remain clear: who manages permissions, which doors are involved, how to revoke access for a lost credential, and who can view events? We help establish these rules together.
AUTOMATE A DOOR
EVVA EMZY, for locking commands.
An entrance or service area may require a lock command from an internal station, operating hours, or integration with a door access control system.
EMZY provides the motorisation. The keyboard, reader, or control button is selected according to the need; a complementary interface may be required to connect the equipment.
Opening times, the actual door closure, and behaviour in case of power failure are reviewed during the study. If the objective is also to automatically move the leaf, a separate device must be provided.

Can AirKey and EMZY be paired together?
Integration is possible within a controlled access project designed in conjunction with EVVA-compatible equipment. AirKey manages authorisations and EMZY handles motorisation. This is not an automatic pairing of two separate devices.
