Visitors come by appointment to study a security project, view products on display, and leave with a precise, priced quotation prepared by the locksmith who will personally visit your property.

Quality locksmith hardware is best chosen with advice. In the showroom, you can see, handle and compare a Picard security door, a Hartmann safe or a high-security cylinder. Above all, it needs to be installed correctly — that is where professional workmanship matters.
Our showroom is arranged around advice and installation, rather than self-service stock or a spare-parts counter. We install the equipment displayed in your home or premises, following an assessment and quotation. This provides:
- Responsibility for the complete installation on both the product and its installation: poorly fitted hardware can undermine the protection offered by a security door
- Some advice trade-focused, not volume-sales oriented
- technical consistency between what is promised in the showroom and what is delivered on site

How does a showroom visit work?
1. Booking a appointment
Call the 04 58 10 57 02 or use our contact form. We reserve a dedicated slot to give you the time needed (typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the project).
2. Assessment of your requirements
On site, we discuss your property, your constraints (co-ownership, existing door type, exposure level to break-ins in your area), and your budget.
3. Product demonstration
Handling of the models on display, explanation of A2P standards, comparison of security levels.
4. Personalised quotation
For a straightforward project, we may prepare the quotation in the showroom. Otherwise, we arrange a free technical visit to your home to take measurements, check the installation constraints and prepare an accurate quotation.
What about installation?

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes, it is strongly recommended. As our main activity is on-site interventions for our clients, we are not present at the showroom daily. Booking an appointment ensures that a technician will personally meet you and allocate you sufficient time.
Can I buy a lock or cylinder directly in the store?
The showroom operates by appointment to advise and prepare your installation. MULTISECU is a qualified installer and Hartmann Tresore retailer : we assess your requirements, installation constraints, and material selection before preparing your quotation.
Do you need key copies?
Key copying is not a service we offer freely at the showroom. However, when we install a cylinder at your property, we can provide additional keys at the time of installation or later upon your request — this is typically the most relevant option, as the high-security cylinders we install use patented keys whose reproduction is controlled by the manufacturer. For locks we have not installed, we will direct you to the solution best suited to your needs.
