The client's need
A successful intervention at Épagny Metz-Tessy! One of our clients was facing an issue with their rim lock multipoint which was broken and no longer functioning. Our team of experts immediately got to work to find the best solution.
After a thorough assessment of the situation, we decided to carry out a complete replacement of the faulty lock. Our choice was the model Mul-T-Lock S300, a high-quality surface-mounted multipoint lock, renowned for its reliability and enhanced security.
The solution and the result
The Mul-T-Lock S300 offer of many advantages that perfectly meet the needs of our client. First of all, this lock is designed for doors up to a maximum height of 2400 mm, which perfectly suits the configuration of their residence. Furthermore, it is reversible left/right and features adjustable deadbolts with threaded rods, thus eliminating the need for additional cuts.
For a optimal security, the Mul-T-Lock S300 is fitted with a 5 mm thick anti-drill plate and a 40 mm diameter cylinder protector. As it is supplied without a cylinder, we recommended a 30 × 50 mm euro-profile cylinder suited to a 40 mm thick door.
